Advanced Girls & Non-Binary Ultimate

Have you played ultimate in middle school and want to play in high school or just want to up your game? If so and you a a girl or non-binary player, then join us for this week of advanced ultimate. You'll get a chance to improve on the basics but also take a deep dive into strategies by learning set plays, different styles of stacking, how to play a zone defense, and more. You'll also learn how to play Goaltimate, a fun version of Ultimate. Take these skills back to your team to spread the love of this sport and the Spirit of the Game!
