Join us on Bde Maka Ska for a day of sailing! We will harness the wind and navigate across the water by tacking, jibing, and controlling the sails. Experience the thrill of a boat heeling on keelboats. Campers will have the opportunity to take the helm, crew and swim off the boat. We will be using the Minneapolis Sailing Center’s fleet of Ensigns, which allow us to have crews of 6 campers and 1 adult skipper aboard. Sailing is weather and wind dependent; we may cancel in the event of storms. For safety reasons, participants must be comfortable wearing a life jacket, on the water and in a boat. This camp is located in UPTOWN and pick up and drop off is at Minneapolis Sailing Center on Bde Maka Ska. If full, please join the waitlist. We can add additional boats, based on camper demand and skipper availability. Sign up for one day or all five!
